The Publications Committee of the RWCT International Consortium is happy to announce that the Thinking Classroom/Peremena journal has a new team of content editors, one from Canada and one from Ukraine.

It is our pleasure to announce that beginning in 2006, owner­ship of Thinking Classroom and Peremena will be transferred from the International Reading Associa­tion (IRA) to the Open Society In­stitute (OSI), with editorial man­agement by the Reading and Writ­ing for Critical Thinking (RWCT) Consortium, headquartered in Vilnius, Lithuania.

The Publications Committee of the International RWCT Consortium announces a contest for the position of content editor for Thinking Classroom/ Peremena journal who will work with authors submitting articles in the English language.

As a reader of Thinking Classroom/Peremena (TC/P), you have enjoyed, we hope, the international perspective on progressive educational practices the journal offers.
