Choose the option you like (either hard copy+electronic, or just electronic format) and make sure you subscribe with discount if you come from a developing country (columns 2 and 4). Click on what you have chosen.
This will get you to the page for your next step, which would be choosing the form of payment. If you pay on-line by credit card, enter the requested information in the provided fields and proceed by clicking "Buy with credit card" button.
You shall be transferred to the external site 2Checkout.com. This is a secure online gateway for credit card payments processing. Follow the instructions on the pages to complete your order.
